An anti-ICE protest will take place Wednesday afternoon from 4PM to 6PM at Cypress and Churn Creek. The rally is for 26-year-old Jose Daniel Lopez Pena, a Honduran man who was apparently in the country illegally. He was apprehended by ICE Agents Saturday morning in Redding. His sister said he has no criminal history.
