A woman has been convicted for an attack at the Anderson Wal-Mart in 2024. 40-year-old Amber Marie Bonner struck the victim in the head with a rock, causing a laceration that sent her to the hospital. Last Thursday a jury found Bonner guilty of assault with a deadly weapon with an enhancement for violent conduct that indicates a serious danger to society. A bifurcated trial on additional enhancements was set for Monday.
